I work at a small manufacturing unit in the outskirts of what people call Bombay.
Our main product is customized to meet customer requirements. This is a small scale industrial unit amongst countless others in the Indian subcontinent. The ideas discussed here are specific to the place i work in, but could be present anywhere in any growing organisation.
