Cause and effect. That’s karma.

Most people hear karma and think: this person hurt me, they’ll get what’s coming. Fair enough. But there’s a different angle worth considering.

What if you were the one who caused it, in a past life? What if everything being done to you now is simply being returned? They’re the perpetrator this time. You were, last time.

I see this in almost every session.

Today’s client. Said she did not feel like talking to her  husband. Angry, but has no reason she could clearly name making her feel that. A check showed excessive unresolved karma with her mother-in-law. Anger. Unresolved energy from a spirit that had already transitioned.

We cleared it. She felt a sharp headache mid-session. Then said she felt lighter.

Fifteen minutes.

Karmic healing can shift the trajectory of a relationship fast, if the karma load is manageable. Sometimes the change is immediate. Often it isn’t.

Here’s why. You’ve had thousands of lives. On this planet and others. In those lives, most of us have been murderers, manipulators, abusers. All of us. That’s not dramatic. It’s just the math of thousands of incarnations.

Some of that karma sits quietly. It triggers at a particular age, in a particular relationship, for no reason your physical intelligence can explain. Therapy won’t catch it. It doesn’t show up in any test.

Past life karma operates at a different level entirely.

People want everything to change in one session. Sometimes it does. Often it doesn’t. The karma runs across multiple lives. That’s just honest.

What I can say: when karmic healing lands, the shift is unlike anything else. Not gradual. A real before and after.

Like today. Fifteen minutes.
