These are the terms for using sachingopal.com and for booking a session with me. By booking or paying for a session, you agree to them.

This website is run by me, Sachin Gopal, an individual based in Bengaluru, India. I am not a registered company.

What I offer

Quantum Resolve sessions with me, Sachin Gopal. This is energy and intuitive work, done over an audio or video call (Zoom or WhatsApp). Sessions are in English, Hindi or Malayalam.

I also offer a free short introduction call so you can try it before you pay.

Important: this is not medical treatment

My sessions are complementary. That means they can sit alongside other care. They are not a replacement for it.

  • I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or licensed therapist.
  • I do not diagnose any illness.
  • I do not prescribe or change medicine.
  • Do not stop or change any medical treatment because of a session with me. Talk to your doctor first.
  • If you have a medical or mental health emergency, call your local emergency number or go to a hospital. In India, call 112.

Everyone’s experience is different. I do not promise any particular result. This is why I have a refund promise (see below).

Who can book

Sessions are for adults. A person under 18 can only have a session if a parent or guardian books it and agrees to these terms.

Prices and payment

  • India: ₹5,000 for a one-hour session.
  • Outside India: US $120 for a one-hour session.
  • You pay the fixed price of the session you book, online through Razorpay, before the session.
  • If we finish early, I refund the unused minutes.
  • Prices on the website are the prices you pay. I am not registered for GST, so no GST is added to the price.
  • I may change my prices in future. A change will not affect a session you have already paid for.

Booking, rescheduling and cancelling

  • You book through Calendly on this website.
  • Session times are in Indian Standard Time (IST). If you are outside India, please check the time in your own time zone.
  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment. You do not need to give prior notice. Please tell me as early as you can, so I can offer the time to someone else.
  • If I need to cancel or move a session, I will tell you as early as I can. You can pick a new time or get a full refund.

Session recordings

I ask before I record a session. You can say no. If you say yes, I share a link to the recording after the session so you can listen again. Recordings are deleted automatically within about a month. The recording is for your personal use only. Please do not post it publicly or share it for business use.

Your part

  • Join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.
  • Be honest with me about what you are going through.
  • Be respectful. I may end a session if someone is abusive. In that case, I will refund the unused time.

Content on this site

The text, images and videos on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. You can read and share links to them. Please do not copy them for business use without asking me.

Limits of my responsibility

I do my work with care. As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong, my total responsibility to you is the amount you paid me for that session.

I am not responsible for problems caused by things outside my control, like internet outages, or by Calendly, Zoom, WhatsApp or Razorpay.

Privacy

How I handle your personal information is explained on the Privacy Policy page.

Law and disputes

Indian law applies. If we have a disagreement, let us first try to sort it out by talking. If that does not work, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will decide.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I will update this page and the date at the top.
