Service Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

My service is a live online session. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped to you. There are no shipping charges.

How the session reaches you

• You book a time through Calendly on this website.
• You get a booking confirmation by email.
• The call link (Zoom or WhatsApp) is sent to you by email or WhatsApp before the session.
• At the booked time, you join the call from your phone or computer.

If you have not received the call link 1 hour before your session, message me through the WhatsApp chat button on this site, or email [email protected].

The recording

I ask before I record. If you agree, the session is recorded on Zoom cloud recording. I share a link to the recording after the session, by email or WhatsApp. Recordings are deleted automatically within about a month.

When the service counts as delivered

The service is delivered when the session takes place at the booked time.

If the session cannot happen because of a problem on my side, I will offer you a new time or a full refund. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Time zone

All session times are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
